  • We are a full service, fully certified Category I Urgent Care Center. We provide care for many of the businesses on Galveston Island that require occupational medical services.

  • Staffed only by physicians, and not nurse practitioners or physician assistants. most of our physicians are board certified in emergency medicine or family practice.

  • Our staff is very familiar with OSHA and DOT compliance. We have an extensive network of specialists we utilize, if necessary, although we try to limit consultations. If needed, our staff will handle all of the arrangements, and appointments are usually obtained for the same or next day.

  • We can bill you or your clients directly by invoice or through our billing company with insurance forms (HCFA). We are in network with virtually all insurance companies providing WC services. We are willing to negotiate prices through 3rd party adjusters and / or offer significant discounts for direct billing by invoice.

  • We provide real time consultation, with a physician for all of our occupational medicine clients and, depending on the problem, provide after hours service at the clinic if needed. We are happy to discuss whether the patient needs to go to an emergency room or can be treated in an urgent care setting.

  • In addition to accident and injury care, we provide the following occupational services: Drug Screens-Rapid 5 or 10 panel   • CERTIFIED DOT and Non-DOT to numerous labs.   • CERTIFIED DOT and Non-DOT BAT, and hair sampling.   • We have comprehensive audiometric and visual screening available, plus

  • Pulmonary Function Testing.

  • Respirator Fit Testing.

  • Onsite drug and alcohol testing and house calls with prior arrangement.
